I'm back from a three week holiday by the sea. The new school year has started today, so back into the routine. Would you like to see where I have been? This is the bottom corner of Western Australia and particularly beautiful as the beaches are protected national park areas. Hence the view is not spoiled by luxury houses or apartments and the ocean life is not disturbed by fishing.

That looks stunning! I'm so jealous, what a beautiful break you must have had!
Absolutely beautiful. Made me that much more cold, comparing it to the snow and freezing temperatures we have here in WI. But again absolutely gorgeous and fantastic they are preserving its natural beauty instead of filling it with buildings!
Oh, three weeks holiday - how wonderful. Hope you had a great time. It certainly looks fantastic. We didn't ever make it as far as the west coast when we were in Oz (many years ago) but have heard many times how lovely it is.
Your beach photos are breathtaking! Makes me jealous that I'm sitting in this concrete jungle in -2c with snow on its way.
Beach breaks are the best.
I have very fond memories of a holiday spent in that area of WA. The drive from Albany to Pemberton is still vivid even though it was over 20 years ago. A beautiful part of the world.
